After getting them on one side, pour in egg water and cook to the size of a sausage. When one side is cooked, turn it over and pour a little egg water on it so that it passes under the sausage, then put it in the oven, shaping it. Thinly spread the butter (at room temperature) on the front and back of the bread and cook both sides over low heat. Sprinkle ketchup on the bread and top with slices of cheddar cheese, then put the sausage egg on top and the cheddar cheese. Cover with another bread topped with ketchup and let the cheese melt slightly, then turn it over and bake a little more before taking it out.
